Bio
Eugenia Artemova is a Russian pianist and musicologist. She graduated from Moscow Music College as a pianist, and from Gnessin Academy of Music as a musicologist. In 1988, Eugenia Artemova won a prize at the USSR Competition of ensembles. Since 1992, she has been accompanying pianist with Irina Potapenko. In 2003 Eugenia Artemova received a diploma as Doctor of arts at the Moscow Institute of Arts. Since 2001 Eugenia Artemova has been writing as critic for Russian Journals of Composers’ Union and Theaters’ Union. Since 2004 she has been teaching at Moscow University.
